My passion for health and fitness started when I was young based off of my previous background. After struggling with being bullied I set out to better myself each and every day by 1%. 


I want others to reach their max potential both physically and mentally, and to feel confident in the body that they are in. I believe that you should strive to become the best version of YOURSELF that you can possibly be.

 Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. I’ve been working as a NASM (National Athletic of Sports Medicine) certified trainer being able to coach my clients across America towards a healthier lifestyle through a app that I have developed.


Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.

Growing up being bullied is not what a lot of people would sign up for... but some go through. It makes perspective a little different as the age before 18 is the most crucial developing stages of mindset and ones overall outlook on life. 


I am not just saying verbally but physically. In highschool while being 98 pounds and much smaller than other classmates, I experienced things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemies. A student choked me out with shoe strings and another stepped in pee, took their shoe off, and proceeded to wipe it on my shirt. I think about this a lot to this day and it will either break you or MOTIVATE YOU. Those days created who I AM today.


The series of events in my life put me in a grind mode of endless nights of pushups, sit-ups, boxing in college, and ultimately living with a chip on my shoulder to prove any and everyone wrong. I wanted to become the best version of myself that I could possibly become... I wanted to be able to defend myself by any means necessary. I wanted to be a REBEL TO SOCIETY.


I want others to live their life to the fullest with no regrets. In today's society to many people are living by the norm instead of creating their own wave. What is wrong with being different? Be a rebel and don't care what others think. Make sure that you are waking up in a good mood each day.
